A bit more
about me.

I’m Phil, a Senior AE and GTM advisor who thrives at the intersection of collaboration, strategy, and EQ. Sales became the natural home for this blend: partnering with teams, aligning outcomes, and building value that compounds.
Most things I’m proud of start with being coachable, persistent, and curious.
I grew up with high expectations and great examples. My dad came from small-town Pana, IL and became a self-made tech leader (eventually CEO of Informix). My mom studied at UCLA, led marketing at IBM, then poured that excellence into raising me and my sister. With Dad traveling, I spent most days with them, where I learned that how you win matters as much as winning itself.
School went well (4.0+), and I lived on the soccer field. Then anxiety hit in college. I left and went to work.
My first proving ground was Lozano’s, one of the most prestigious car washes around. I started as a rep, worked exhausting hours, built a new sales team and product lines, and scaled revenue from $0 to multi-millions annually. That’s where I learned how to build a revenue engine from scratch.
I wanted a more “prestigious” path, so I worked multiple jobs while I figured out what truly fit. I decided on going back to school to build on my foundational understanding of running a business, and graduated Santa Clara University during the beginning of covid before moving into B2B SaaS.
Today I sell as a Senior AE and work as a GTM advisor. I mentor reps and job-seekers on interviews and execution. I partner with founders and teams on focused GTM sprints and fractional support. I also publish templates so people can asynchronously emulate my proven systems.
What I care about:
Trust and relationships first.
More minds → better outcomes.
Define success through purpose and build the habits to reach it.
Be a model, not just a metric.
If you’re hiring a strategic AE, need a push on GTM, or you’re a rep aiming higher: let’s talk.
Outside of work, you'll find me on a mountain trail, a ski slope, or the beach with good food in hand. I’m a lifelong Manchester United fan: resilient by necessity, hopeful by nature. Since moving to LA, I’ve built a network of hoopers with weekly runs at the local park and started a rec team, Culver City Cherubs. We're still in pursuit of our first title…stay tuned.
In West LA and like to hoop? Hit me up and we’ll get some runs in.
